Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

All Arthursring items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Currently, we do not support shipping to U.S. territories, military bases, and other remote areas( including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico etc）.

Notes:

• If the recipient refuses the package or the package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping and processing charge of $20.00 minimum will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to us.
• We are not responsible for lost items that show as delivered and/or signed for if required.
• For packages to Ukraine and Russia, due to force majeure, there may be abnormal or delayed delivery.
• Please confirm the shipping address before payment. If you enter a wrong shipping address, please contact Gosmilepet immediately to change it. If you do not contact Gosmilepet for change of the shipping address, you assume total responsibility for the shipment and Gosmilepet will not be liable for any losses and damages for the shipment in the event of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer.
